Centennial Campus food trucks

For the first few months I was on Centennial Campus, the food options were pretty slim. There’s a Port City Java in the College of Textiles and a mini-cafeteria next door, but that’s about it.
But, over the last little while, the landlord of the building WebAssign just moved out of has been lining up a different food vendor on Main Campus Dr.
We’ve had Chick-Fil-A, Mom’s Delicious Dishes, a hot dog vendor and Qdoba. A clear, and tasty, improvement.
But starting a couple weeks ago, and peaking today, it’s hit the next level. Centennial has a rolling food truck rally. We’ve got Klausie’s Pizza on Tuesday, OnlyBurger on Wednesday and Bulkogi Korean BBQ on Thursday. I had a couple of Bulkogi’s tacos today and they are that perfect taqueria size. Nice and spicy, too.
If you’re so inclined, these guys are generally on campus a little after 11 until 2-ish, parked on Main Campus Drive. If you’re coming from off-campus and are quick, there are a couple of places to sneak street parking on Main Campus Drive.
Now, how long is this going to last? I don’t know, but I think, based on the landlord’s message, a little while.
